Tea Break is between 11:00 a.m to 11:30 am

Lunch is taken betqween 1:00pm to 1:45 pm
Rice accommodated by either Kenyan Dengu,Beans,Beef Stew or Potato Stew depending on the day
Maize meal and a selected stew depending on the day
Supper is taken between 5:30 pm to 6:30pm.
